This session will offer a review of the Joint Venture Guidance on analyzing the distinct, clearly defined portion of work that the ACDBE performs on the concessions contract. FAA will discuss the regulatory requirements, U.S. Department of Transportation guidance, as well as suggested best practices for analyzing ACDBE participation in the joint venture agreement.
